John Vajda served in the US Army and deployed to Iraq. After his military service, John spent several years in product design and construction management. He always had a desire to have his own business, and did occasional side jobs for friends and relatives, but coincidence brought him into Nate Bunty’s sphere of influence.
Nate, a serial entrepreneur and “idea guy”, believed he could get a new construction company off the ground with his marketing know-how and entrepreneurial spirit – he just lacked technical construction knowledge.
Together, John and Nate founded Exponential Construction with a focus on installing the highest quality fences in Lancaster County. The success of that operation allowed them to add additional services and begin trading as Exponential Construction – fulfilling a wider array of outdoor construction projects as well as coming inside the house to renovate Kitchens, Baths and Basements
